The "Teaching Farm"
We have a small corralled space to set up displays for tips, tricks, how-tos, etc.
The "Learning Center"
This is one of the big ones!!! You have said many times that you wished there was a way to teach others or you wish there were classes, Q&A sessions, etc. Now you have that space!
You'll be able to schedule classes to teach. The Learning Center is on its own parcel. You can use voice, set down examples of fields, animals, or anything else to help teach. We solved the problem of taking people to a full private farm to teach. Just bring a mini version and you are set to go! We need mentors!!!
We know that new farmers will love this opportunity to have helpful friendly experienced farmers they can talk to.
The "Community Center"
You asked for it!!! We know that you want to connect with the rest of your farming community outside of the hustle and bustle of "work" and "business".
We will be holding our own events and doing some farmer showcases here. We want to get to know you beyond the farm! Are you a creator of products? Maybe you provide a service? We want our community to support each other in their other crafts as well.
We also want YOU to hold events that are open to the rest of the DFS community.
