Every Avatar / User on the site is responsible for their own information baring any basic rules I've setup for the site, however as per the GDPR regulations our network fully comply's with that and cookies etc. As seen at following link

Any information you submit as an avatar you have the option to download at any time. Deleting your inbox in chat per chat or account results is gone forever completely. I'll post more info on how to clear chat history in another post. I take all users information very seriously and privacy seriously here.

All user data on the site is encrypted you as a user on the site can can click the security link above to see which devices you've used to connect to the site and optional delete that. No one can see your ip per personal behind the scenes data cept the admin of the site which is me and only me I can't see your passwords and I don't want to and its encrypted. I value as I said users privacy and security.

There are systems in place to protect all users data including https:// which is updated every 3 months and is 2048 encrypted. Social VR maybe a virtual network for avatars but doesn't lessen my commitment to security for users. Avatar accounts can setup two-factor authentication for added security which is purely optional for those that want even more security added to their accounts.

Direct Link for changing your privacy settings. Example if you want you can choose yes to setting where people that follow you sends you a notice to accept or not. Among other settings. https://socialvr.me/setting/privacy-setting

This is difference from notices and email settings but will post info for that, with out direct link you goto your name at top right of the page choose general settings, security privacy to find it that way.

Setting confirm request when follows you to yes means that before they can follow you they you have to click accept when they follow you. Globally this is off but users can opt to do it any time by going to privacy settings above.

ONLINE FAMILY:
One of the features on this site is that you can list people you follow as also part of your online family. The screenshots below are two parts how to file it on your profile example using my account. Then how to add someone as a family member via their profile. Feedback welcome this system isn't perfect yet but working on it.
