오늘의 메뉴는 녹차크림을 듬뿍 채운 녹차 쿠키슈입니다.
제가 가장 좋아하는 디저트가 바로 슈 인데요. 이번에는 녹차를 이용해 만들었어요.
과정이 조금 복잡하긴 하지만, 천천히 단계 하나하나 따라하다보면 만들 수 있을거예요.

Today’s menu is cookie choux filled with green tea pastry cream.
Choux pastry is my favorite dessert. So, I made it using green tea this time!
It looks so difficult to make, but you can make it if you slowly follow step by step.

* 재료 Ingredients (쿠키슈 12개 분량, makes 12 puffs)
녹차 쿠키 반죽: 무염버터 80g, 설탕 100g, 밀가루(중력분 또는 박력분) 90g, 녹차가루 7g (3tsp)
슈 반죽: 계란 2개, 물 120ml,  무염버터 50g, 소금 2g, 밀가루(중력분 또는 박력분75g
녹차크림: 계란노른자 6개, 설탕 100g, 우유 500ml, 밀가루(중력분 또는 박력분 45g, 녹차가루5g (2tsp), 바닐라 익스트랙 1tsp
생크림 200ml, 설탕 20g

Green tea Craquelin: 80g unsalted butter, 100g sugar, 90g flour(all purpose flour or cake flour), 7g(3tsp) green tea powder
Choux pastry: 2 eggs, 120ml water, 50g unsalted butter, 2g salt, 75g flour(all purpose flour or cake flour)
Green tea pastry cream: 6 egg yolks, 100g sugar, 500ml milk, 45g flour(all p
