The group is free to join and each group member can play the gacha 1 time and receive one of 18 different nail designs for Maitreya or Slink. Unless you're super lucky and pull the rare which is a HUD with all 18 designs.

If you want to get more of the designs, they have a separate machine which you can play for $10L.
