Woke up after 1.5 hrs of sleep and I can’t go back to sleep!!!! My mind is way too activate tonight 😭 I need sleep!!!! 😭😭😭 #help #cantsleep

Insomnia bouts are never much fun. Try playing a slow game or reading sometimes white noise videos such as rain sounds and such help me get back to sleep.
