I haven't logged into all my RL social platform in 3 months. Honestly, it used to bother me that I kept comparing my life with other people's lives. When I finally decided to log off all my RL social network, I have been happier and content. Nowadays, I only focus on myself. No more feeling bad or depressed!
And sometimes I wish.... cellphones and social networks were never invented- I know, I'm selfish to think this, but I think people were way more open and interactive amongst each other back then.... missing the good ol' days.
