Pages are currently what we have. The site is technically still in beta, so if you would like groups, please let know, he may be actually working on it! Also the chat feature should allow you to cluster your favorites together, so maybe that can work for you for now!

You can make group chats. At the top of the chat bar there is an option for it. c:
