I am sure many of you are aware that Caspervend is currently down and has been for some time. They sent a message out just a while ago about what is going on, which will be posted below.

We all need to be patient with store owners as this is not their fault and trust me, they are all far more stressed and upset than we are. Many are currently buried in messages and notecards, so just give them some time to catch up.

While it is easy to get frustrated and angry, then take it out on each other, it solves nothing but making someone feel bad, or even causing them to be angry. It will all get resolved, we just need to wait for a little while.

We will do our best to keep up to date and let you all know what is going on.

"We are in the midst of an extended outage due to failed network equipment.

Two of our servers are online, but most of our infrastructure is down until it can be repaired by the datacentre.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this outage. Please be assured that we are doing all that we can to restore service.

This is a very unusual failure and a full diagnosis and information will be posted once we are back online.
