Ever have trouble uploading to your CTS wardrobe?
What's worked for me is to select a European IP address with my VPN to get to the site during the daytime ('m in the US), since those are off-peak hours over there. Late evening, I switch to a US IP address. I'm not very technical but I know people and people have dinner and sleep at different times depending on their region, so it can be less crowded if you pick the right one.
