To cut down on lag I'm checking scripts and objects on sim. If you have stuff rezzed on sim and you're not a current renter, then it will get returned. High script usage items need fixed too.
If you rent and your partner/friend/whoever who had stuff rezzed in your space got stuff returned, then they probably weren't added as subtenants. Let's get them added! You can do it through your rental box or I can help.
