The rares are the leather jackets , black(rare01) and white(rare02). The come with a texture change HUD that allow you to pick between 8 colors for the outside and 2 for the inside. The inside of the jacket is glowing but, it's mod so you can edit it as you please and add or remove the glow or tint the inside to any color you desire.
The geta commons also are modifiable and so you can select (with the face selection tool in the builder menu) the neon part and tint it to match the rest of the outfit and add or remove glow as you like.
