In this tutorial you'll learn how to create a tiled texture or pattern in Inkscape using a fleur de lis design surrounded by an ornate border. We'll focus on how to create the ornate border, ensure it is perfectly symmetrical, add the fleur de lis, and how to turn what we've created into a tile that can be repeated seamlessly.
