I'm an empath and sometimes I get overwhelmed with a feeling but I don't know where it's coming from. When this has happened, I have posted on my RL Facebook a message to whomever it is. This morning I had it happen and I felt that it was someone here.

I felt your pain, even though I don't know why you hurt so much. It felt very deep, like a loss.

Sometimes when a friend comes to us with something heavy, it's very hard to find words to say. All I can think of to say to you is that I'm here if you need someone. How can I support you the best?

I don't know who you are. Please reach out to someone you feel safe talking to. We get in our heads about how we think someone will react or what the conversation will be. I can't be the only one!

It's rarely what I think it will be. Don't hesitate, reach out.
