I would not recommend Coastal Heights if you are looking for a community to rent your home in. Management is not apologetic, refunds are not issued and the only place said refund policy is mentioned is in the Sim's About Land, and the Sim has business hours for customer support (10 AM SLT to 10 PM SLT) which they will not operate outside of, though they will happily leave avatars logged in.
